Had a really good stay (1 night)at this hotel. Very clean room - stayed in a studio with 2 other people (plenty of room). We were on the first floor at the back, overlooking Waterloo but had no trouble with noise. The staff where all very helpful. Only gave a '9' as we did not use all the facilities. Would recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel, we had some issues checking in due to being relocated from Park Plaza Riverbank! But Luke at reception made sure we were looked after and as a result had a fantastic stay. Would recommend to anyone, good food and great location.
