| Very expensive room considering how small it was for a double executive !! Breakfast was an extra £13 what a joke, as is £32 for 24 hours parking. The bed was the smallest double I have ever (tried) to sleep in, Small bathroom, Rough towels, Dirty Carpet, One Pillow, One Chair, a tiny bottle of Shower Gel, No shampoo,Small TV. No Fridge or Minibar and a very noisy fan in the toilet than ran for 17 minutes after you turn the light off..... To be honest I've stayed in nicer Travelodge's...at a quarter of price. The staff were abrupt, and the night we stayed due to a private party ALL the bars and restaurants were closed.I suspect this place makes it's money from sucker tourists and charges extra for everything it can, even room service has a £2 per tray charge over and above the sky high prices, and I guess they still hold their hand out for a tip, as did the car park guy who only handed me my car keys and pressed a button to lift a barrier, Stay clear ! There's better hotels than this in London with better staff and a more inclusive package. | |

| If you are staying more than 4 nights, upgrade to larger room - it's worth the difference. Rooms on front and East side are noisy: no air conditioning and opening the windows is the only way to keep slightly cool. Service is NOT GOOD: the staff (except maintenance) were off-hand and never called back even if they promised to. Good tea/coffee in the rooms. However mini-bar fridges do not work properly (and one receptionist said they are phasing them out!). Good pool and work-out room. |

| Very good overall. Very slow check in and check out is the main problem. Everything else was great and good value for money | |

| Very conveneient location, bed a little soft. Rooms are small but I think all rooms in London are small in comparison to the US. | |

| Really great value for money and great location. Everything worked and being near the tube + shopping was excellent. Only minus was exstremely unwelcoming receptionist when we arrived friday night april 9. 2003. She barely said hallo - just threw us the check in papers with a sour expression. Sad for the overall impression of the hotel where everyone else were very nice. | |

| Clean, convenient, good staff, very good gym facilities and a good size pool (not the poky one you get at some hotels), all at a good price for London. The only downside is that the rooms are quite small which after 4 or 5 days might feel a bit claustrophobic if you plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel. You do get tea/coffee making facilities which not all hotels provide. Also a restaurant and pub in the hotel, plus good shops and restaurants within 2-3 minutes walk (I walk fast). | |
