| Excellent value for money, in a quiet and really nice area, nearby to the heart of London. Just a few meters you find the Hyde Park as well. The apartment is very clean and organized. | |

| Excellent stay: quiet room in back, separate bath off entry hall, tons of closet space, large window, homey and bright. Staff were very helpful in making reservations and day plans. Superb breakfast included with room (good prices off season). Very convenient location; we felt we were living in London with museums, underground stations, shops and eating places nearby. No reservations about recommending to friends. We plan a return visit soon. | |

| The room was quite spacious for London standards. The hotel was clean and tidy and unlike most other hotels the bathroom was spacious, newly decorated and had floor tiles. The hotel is charging a lot for their breakfast £7.50 just for a continental breakfast. We decided to prepare our own breakfast buns. Overall, I would definitely book this hotel again. | |

| Although not cheap at £189 for a 2 bed apartment per night (but bear in mind a hip hotel would be £200 plus just for a dbl room)this is a great option for families if you include it's location. The kitchen was very well equiped with oven, hob and microwave and all the necessary plates, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Two bedrooms: one twin and one dbl with a 2nd TV. Reasonable size sitting room with dining table. The bathroon although small, and the shower a tad tempermental, was OK and everything in the apartment was very clean. Only a very small lift so if you have big suitcases take turns or send the fit ones up the stairs! Great location. V&A, Science Museum and Natural History Museum all in walking distance. Left out of the hotel and you're in Kensington Gardens with Kensington Palace, a very good playground for the kids (up to about 11 yrs)and a great little cafe by the playground which has a nice kids menu too for around £3. Gloucester Rd tube station is about 10 mins walk (district and circle lines) which will get you to the Tower Hill/Tower Bridge etc area and Victoria Station (3 stops) with it's links to Gatwick Airport. Very good Waitrose Supermarket by the tube if you want to make use of your kitchen and the Garfunkels Restaurent, also located there, does an all day breakfast for £6 adults £3 kids (and a child's menu the rest of the day) if you don't want to use your kitchen or pay the £14.50 per person in the hotel (although I'm sure they do a very nice b/fast too!). Various other bars, pubs, shops and restaurents in Gloucester Road too. |

| "Whan that Aprille with his shoures sote...." I am reminded of stay at J.H. last April. Beautiful twin room overlooking street. Sound of horses' hooves striking shoes against pavement on way to park in early morning...gentle wake up call. Highly recommended. | |

| The reception staff were extremely attentive to my wife who is disabled - for which we are extremely grateful. The hotel and food in general are what I would expect from a 4* hotel. The lack of car parking was a problem - £33 for 24 hours certainly increased the cost of the weekend unexpecedly. |
