A lovely place to stay - very close to Earls Court tube station. The apartment was quiet, private, elegant, very clean and well prepared, and the service and facilities were excellent. The only thing we rated as less than excellent was the bed, as it was a little firm and creaky.

My sister and I stayed in Flat 1. It was decorated in a modern style with a very large bathroom, a big room with 2 queen beds, couch and table and a separate kitchenette room with frig and microwave. It was spotless! It is just around the corner from Earl's Court station. There are 2 internet computers for free use. There is a lovely walled garden in the back. The continental breakfast offered juice, croissants, toast, jams and assorted cereals. Always fresh flowers in the hallways and on the breakfast tables. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good if you don't mind climbing 96 stairs to the top floor! (especially after breakfast or a long day travelling around London)
Lift was out of order during our stay, and I suspect for some time before that.
Receptionist stated that it had broken down just before our arrival and that this is reflected in the price. This would seem strange since we booked this hotel some weeks before the lift broke down! Not helpful.

Had booked a single room but got a room with two double beds. Bathroom was very tiny but was clean and had new-looking thick towels. The room was nicely decorated and also clean. I never had to ask for my key, they always knew who I was when I entered the hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but the bread was warm when served. Only 50 m from Earls Court station in a quite street. Recommend the hotel and will stay there again when next time in London. Good value for money considering normal hotel prices in London.
